Scout Finds Legal Issues At Combine

By Adam Kramer   Feb. 25, 2011

The NFL Combine is perhaps the most important event for players looking to make a name for themselves and shoot up draft boards. While some will make millions with how they perform in Indianapolis, others will likely see their draft stock plummet after coming up short on the biggest stage.

This is typically the scenario for only the players in attendance, although in 2011 that doesn’t appear to be the case.

According to FOX 2 in St. Louis, St Louis Rams scout Luke Driscoll (33) was reportedly arrested early Friday morning when police found him urinating on a building in downtown Indianapolis. And it doesn’t end there. According to reports, Driscoll then exposed himself to a female officer.

Not good.

When confronted by the police, Driscoll’s speech was reportedly “very slurred” which is the least surprising tidbit of this entire story. He has now been charged with public intoxication and nudity.

Not exactly how you want to spend your Combine weekend although ProFootballTalk confirmed that Driscoll is still in Indy scouting players, even after everything that took place. I would imagine that the “Pants Stay On” and “No Four Lokos” rules have to be in play, however.
