Stanford football coach David Shaw pulled up a chair with 3 Guys in a Garage to talk a bit about the overall buzz surrounding his team and the Pac-12 conference with their new 3 billion dollar media deal in place.

Shaw was promoted to head coach in January of this year after Jim Harbaugh accepted the head coaching position with the San Francisco 49ers. In that time, Shaw has tried to keep Harbaugh’s enthusiasm while also implementing his own personal style with the team.

Topics covered in the interview below include: plenty of Andrew Luck chatter (I mean, he is pretty good), why Shaw loves “running the crap out of the football,” a lil’ coaching history and plenty of Pac-12 chatter. Thanks once again to coach Shaw for stopping by and to 3 Guys in a Garage for allowing me to tag along.
