Bodog Opens Up Expansion Betting

By Adam Kramer   Sep. 08, 2011

Expansion talk is everywhere and everyone seems to have a “source” these days.

If you have trust in a particular source, or feel like getting financially involved to make the latest expansion rumors more interesting (why not), you now have your chance to do so thanks to Bodog.

The online sports book posted a handful of expansion-related prop bets on Thursday, and bettors can now place wagers on the future of the SEC, how many teams will end up there, which teams will go, the Pac-12, and even the possibility of Texas going independent.

For what it’s worth, Florida State opened as the favorite to be the 14th team in the SEC, while Oklahoma is listed at the same odds to join the Pac-12.
