Place Your Bets: Bovada Posts 2012 Heisman Odds

By Adam Kramer   Jan. 10, 2012

The offseason is upon us.

Although the 2012 season won’t start up for nearly eight months, we now have the opportunity to place our hard-earned dollars on who will walk away with hardware next season.

Bovada – formerly Bodog – has already posted 2012 Heisman odds on their site, and is taking wagers on who will take home the award. I mean, why wait?

USC quarterback Matt Barkley is indeed the favorite heading into next season and can be had at the moment for 7/2. After him the list gets very interesting, and Geno Smith finds his name near the top of the list at a Holgorsen-boosted 7/1. Honey Badger is also included in the list and opens up at 50/1.
