Video: Les Miles delivers the most Les Miles postgame ever

By Adam Kramer   Nov. 17, 2012

Give Les Miles all of the awards. All of them. That’s what I said to my wife after watching his little chat (therapy, really) with the media following the team’s thrilling 41-35 win against Ole Miss.

“Oh, I’ve seen Les be crazy before,” said that guy or gal who hates fun. Don’t be that guy or gal. Don’t hate fun, and you certainly won’t hate this.

Is Les Miles insane? Yes, yes he is. But we love this type of insanity. I will say no more.

Just enjoy, reflect, and take in Les Miles playing the role of… Les Miles.

Via, The Internet, and this will be everywhere as it should be

when you take a coach like this one,tou really get the feeling that hes been there and done that.A man who knows what each and every player can do via witnessing or from another coach really has alot to offer to the game. This coach really gets excited about his team and what that can do or not do when thay loose

There must have been some fertilizer on the grass that Les ate during the game.

Les Miles is passionate about his job as LSU coach! His record at LSU speaks for itself.

We need energy like that up here in Winston-Salem.

      God Bless You, Les.
Other teams, fans, media, etc…Say what you will about our guy.
Mad, Insane, Grass Eater…pick from the list.

Les may be any of those things. But if he is, he is also ALL of the following:
Dedicated to the program, the young men and the game.
He is the Head Coach and the biggest fan.

Anyone saying negative things about Les, read and understand…Les is the most entertaining, successful and one of the most beloved coaches in LSU history. LSU football is fun again. How much would you give to have a coach that coaches like his players think…’we can make it! Go for it on 4th, coach.’ or ‘We just need the ball back. Most people would kick it away, but let’s go for the onside kick, coach.”

Les wants to win as bad as the players do, and the fans. But most of all, he remembers that it is a game, only a game, to be played for the love of playing the game.

Geaux nuts, Les. We’re with you.

Not since I contemplated shooting Charlie Mc Clendon, after watching 5 years of pure mediocrity, have I wanted someone to just go away. When is the Board of Directors at LSU going to realize that Miles is not a fitting representative of LSU, or an answer to being the elite team in the conference.
Miles has proven that he can snatch defeat from the jaws or victory, and turn blue chip recruits into a shadow of their true selves.
Give the students, and fans of LSU a break! Get the Hook! Turn the meat, he’s done!
      Disgusted.

      @Bill Spazt-

Please shut your mouth. Your negativity is not welcome here.

COACH MILES: I ONLY HAVE ONE REQUEST. WHEN YOU DO A GREAT POST GAME SPEECH LIKE THIS ONE, PLEASE TRY TO KEEP THE LANGUAGE CLEAN. YOUR IS THE KIND THAT ANY AND EVRY FOOTBALL COACH COULD USE FROM THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THRU HIGH SCHOOL. IN MY OPINION WE NEED MORE POSITIVE WORDS FROM COACHES WHO NEVER PLAY A DOWN, BUT KNOW HOW TO PUT THE BAD MOUTH ON THEIR PLAYERS. APPRECIATE YOU AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING AT LSU. GOOD LUCK!

Bama fan at heart but anyone with a heart cannot help but love Les Miles. Every coach should be as proud of their player as Les is of his. Love his passion, and his good nature.

I suspected that maybe his elevator didn’t go all the way to the top after he berated that Indiana kid (highly rated qb that opted to attend notre dame aan de commit to lsu) last year, name eludes me….anyway, he chastised this teen ager, calling him a baby and a mommas boy for chosing to stay in his home state and attend Notre Dame…
This latest speech scares the tar out of me…he gives every appearance of being too tightly wound, like his mainspring is snapping…go back and give another listen to this interview and see if you don’t see some glimpes of mental illness, border line insanity…scary stuff this…

I only wish I’d played for a coach like that when I played football. Say what you will about Les Miles, but he loves his players and they feel it and play their hearts out for him.
