When an offensive lineman scores a touchdown, it is big news. Very big news. When an offensive lineman scores a touchdown on a trick play – like Austin Wentworth did for Fresno State – a celebration is in order.

Parade? Absolutely. Gifts? Yes. Unlimited Blooming Onions for life? I certainly hope so. Somehow, however, it just doesn’t feel like quite enough.

Presenting the play of the young college football season in video and GIF form. Yes, that’s the hook and lateral, and yes that man is larger than most hook and lateral participants.

A+ for the razzle dazzle. But overall it loses points due to the lack of good touchdown dance. It should be a rule that if the big hogs get in the endzone, then they should have to dance. Not doing so will result in a 15 yard personal foul.

    6. Hello, just wanted to mention, I enjoyed this post. It was practical.
